Although, you don’t have to spend thousands of dollars on your music making a computer. But, the higher you go, the better the quality of your music will be. On the other hand, if you are a beginner, you don’t have to spend huge money.

Mac vs. PC – when it comes to this decision, we aren’t going to get into this debate. Both sides have some fantastic features, and it’s up to you, whether you are a Windows or a Mac fan.

Digital audio station – do you have your DAW picked out yet? This can narrow down your choice and steer you towards particular Mac or PC device. In this case, we would go with Mac. If you want to make and produce high-quality music, then you’ll need more memory and Pro Tools.

15” screen – this comes down to your personal preferences, but if you want to have a large enough display to monitor everything, then you can’t work on a small screen.

The video card doesn’t matter – unless you plan to edit videos, we don’t think you should focus on this.
